Boxing For Fitness簡介 Boxing for Fitness is a team of freelance Personal Trainers providing effective and fun kickboxing fitness classes to clients of all ages and levels. One-on-One Personal Training is available indoor at a gym in Central and Causeway Bay. We also offer on-site group training to corporate clients. Training can be tailor-made according to your personal goals, ability and agility. 教練曾任教於The Ring拳館,有四年多泰拳/西洋拳擊教練經驗,並參與多次公開比賽。對拳擊熱誠、有耐性,根據客人目標及體格需要,設計多元化訓練內容,60分鍾的鍛煉達致修身、提升體能等目的。
